What software do you work with?
We specialize in MarketMan. For other platforms (MarginEdge, Craftable, Toast Inventory, and others), we get trained on your system before the project starts. You're never paying for our learning curve.
Are you affiliated with MarketMan or any software company?
No. We're an independent service that specializes in the platform, not part of the company behind it. We work inside your own account, so you see every change we make, and everything we build stays yours.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to your inventory system, a list of your current suppliers, and about 30 minutes for a kickoff call. We'll send a pre-engagement checklist so nothing gets missed before we begin.
How long does setup take?
Standard Setup: 2 weeks. Advanced Setup: 4 weeks. The clock starts once we have your system access and your checklist is complete. Not when you sign.
What happens after the setup is done?
You get a full walkthrough of everything we built and what your reports now show. Most clients move to Managed Monthly at this point so the system stays clean as your menu, staff, and suppliers evolve.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, always. We sign a confidentiality agreement before we touch anything in your system. Included with every engagement, no extra charge, no exceptions.
